Te Horo Renovetion
A recent complete renovation of this Te Horo home. We installed a new teak custom kitchen, extra wide and long waterproof and hardwearing laminate flooring throught the kitchen, lounge and dining. A new Mega-rad wood fire installed into the lounge with heat transfer kit to heat up the bedrooms.
Tawa extension project
Introducing our exciting project in Tawa, where we're adding two new bedrooms and an ensuite to an existing home. This endeavor not only enhances the living space but also beautifully integrates the new with the old. Overcoming the challenge of leveling the original house with the extension was a rewarding experience. We are committed to creating a seamless blend that elevates the home's functionality and charm.
Wellington New builds development.
Discover the story behind our three stunning new townhouses. On a steep and challenging site, careful planning was essential to bring this vision to life. Large retaining walls, drilled three meters into the natural rock, shaped the landscape and created solid platforms for the new weatherboard homes. While design is simple, these houses are timeless and built to endure for generations to come. 146 meticulously hand crafted stairs lead you up to these elevated houses. Each house inerior was designed by Jason, each different and bold.
